This little puppy puts out the coffee with simplicity. Had for 6 months and works great. Very pleased so far.
Hope it's a fluke but item stopped steaming after just two weeks of use. Requesting a replacement hope that works correctly and lasts longer. Will update later UPDATE: Received a replacement machine promptly, unfortunately the plastic steam knob on the side broke of in my wife's hand 2 weeks after receiving it. What a cheap piece of junk. There doesn't seem to be anyway to communicate with Amazon to get a replacement part so I'm fighting to get them to get a refund but no luck so far. Sad : (
