Elope Cocktail Top Hat Headband/BK
- I bought this for a costume party, I just wanted a small top hat. This was a little smaller than I wanted, but the selection was pretty limited. It's an OK hat and will work with my costume, but what you can't really see from most of the photos is that it's attached to a head band which is really wide and not very comfortably shaped. I ended up removing it from the headband entirely and will use a clip to keep it in place instead. The hat is somewhat squishy, the sides aren't stiff, so I might need to also add some cardboard or something like that inside it to keep it firm. Not too bad for the price, but the headband could definitely be improved.
